Summary
Levanah does not collect or sell your chart data. Your entries are stored only on your phone. Levanah never sends them anywhere unless you choose to export or share them.
Information we collect
None. Levanah requires no account or registration and does not transmit your chart, your entries, or any information about you or your device to us or to any third party. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, as we never receive it.
Where your data is stored
Everything you enter (temperatures, cervical fluid, flow, signs, notes, optional tahara records and settings) is stored solely on your device, within the app's private storage. Charting works without an internet connection, and your entries are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Backups and exports
- Android cloud backup is disabled for Levanah, so your chart is not copied to Google Drive or any other cloud backup.
- Levanah also saves an automatic daily backup, and a copy of each export, in the Documents/Levanah folder on your phone, so you can restore your chart if something goes wrong. These files are not encrypted, remain on your phone after you uninstall the app, and stay there until you delete them. You can turn automatic backups off in Settings.
- When you export a backup or share a chart, the file is sent only to the destination you select (for example, a folder on your phone or an app of your choice). From that point, the file is subject to your own handling and to that service's terms.
- Import from Kindara reads a file you select, locally on your device.
- Optional temperature imports: if you choose to connect Android Health Connect, Levanah reads your basal body temperature and body temperature readings from Health Connect on your phone. You may also import a Tempdrop file. Imported readings are stored only on your phone, kept apart from your own entries, and Levanah does not send them anywhere. You can disconnect Health Connect at any time in your phone's Health Connect settings.
No analytics, ads or third-party SDKs
Levanah contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting services and no third-party tracking SDKs.
Payments
Subscriptions and free trials are handled by Google Play. Payment details are processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy; we do not receive your card details, and no chart data is shared with Google.
Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them solely to respond to you. Please do not include chart data or health information in your email.
Deleting your data
Because your data exists only on your phone, it remains entirely under your control. Uninstalling Levanah deletes the data stored inside the app. Backup files, including the automatic daily backups in Documents/Levanah on your phone, and any exports you saved elsewhere, remain until you delete them yourself.
Age requirement
Levanah is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Levanah does not collect personal information from anyone, of any age; your entries remain on your device.
Changes to this policy
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
